Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

All Rezivot products are made in Taiwan and shipped via DHL Express.

Shipping cost: International shipping is not included in the product price. The exact cost is calculated at checkout by DHL, based on your destination and the service/speed option you select.

Where we ship: We ship to all destinations currently serviceable by DHL Express. Coverage can change at short notice (for example, DHL may temporarily suspend service to certain regions due to conflict or other force majeure).

Dispatch times (after payment):

• Monorail 35mm Film Leader Trimmer — typically 1 business day
• 4x5 Back Set, 4x5 Camera Ground Glass, Ground Glass with Graflok Frame — typically 3 business days
• 400ft & 1000ft Film Bulkloaders — made to order, approx. 30–45 days production before dispatch (we email a progress update at the halfway point)

Transit: DHL Express transit is typically 2–5 business days to most destinations after dispatch, subject to location and customs clearance.

Duties & taxes: Any import duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.

所有 Rezivot 商品均於台灣製作，透過 DHL Express 寄送。

運費：國際運費不含在商品售價內，實際金額於結帳時由 DHL 依您的寄送地點與所選時效選項計算。

寄送範圍：我們寄送至所有 DHL Express 當下可服務的地區。服務範圍可能臨時變動（例如 DHL 因戰爭或其他不可抗力暫停特定地區服務）。

出貨工作天（付款後）：

• Monorail 35mm 片頭裁切器 — 約 1 個工作天
• 4x5 Back Set、4x5 對焦毛玻璃、Graflok Frame 毛玻璃 — 約 3 個工作天
• 400ft 與 1000ft 散裝底片裝填器 — 客製生產，約 30–45 天後出貨（製程過半時主動 email 進度）

運送時間：出貨後 DHL Express 至大多數地區約 2–5 個工作天，依地區與海關通關狀況而定。

關稅與稅金：進口關稅或稅金由買方負擔，不含於商品或運費中。
