Under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, stock items bought online include a 7-day inspection period (a cooling-off right, not a trial period); the item must be unused and in resalable condition, return shipping is paid by the customer, and the original outbound shipping is non-refundable. Made-to-order items (the 400ft and 1000ft bulk loaders) are excluded from the cooling-off period. If you're in a region with additional statutory rights (for example the EU/UK 14-day right), those still apply. For a faulty or damaged item we send you a free replacement — you don't need to ship the faulty one back. For transit damage, please reach out within about 7 days of delivery so we can file the DHL courier claim in time. Your statutory warranty rights for faulty goods under Taiwan's Civil Code continue to apply.

Rezivot ships from Taiwan as an international export. Any import duties, VAT, or customs fees are set by your destination country and are the customer's responsibility — they are not included in the item or shipping price. We declare the full purchase value on the commercial invoice and do not undervalue shipments. As a Taiwan-based seller we are not registered for any overseas tax scheme (such as EU IOSS or UK VAT), so any tax or duty due is collected by your local customs or courier on arrival. A tracking number and commercial invoice are included with every shipment.

Every Rezivot product is made in Taiwan and shipped via DHL. In-stock items (Monorail Trimmer, 4x5 Back Set, and both 4x5 Ground Glasses) are dispatched the next business day at the earliest — we don't ship on weekends or public holidays — and delivery then follows DHL's schedule for your destination. Made-to-order items (400ft and 1000ft bulk loaders) take approximately 30–45 days to produce, after which they ship via DHL. Shipping is charged separately from the item price and collected by DHL.

Payments are processed by ECPay (Taiwan). International credit and debit cards are accepted according to ECPay's current support for overseas cards, and are charged in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD) — your card issuer handles the currency conversion at its own rate.

The 4x5 Back Set installs using the camera's original mounting points — no drilling, no glue, no permanent change — and can be removed in about five minutes with a single screwdriver, returning the camera to its original condition. The 4x5 Back Set is made for Polaroid 40-type Land Cameras: 95, 95A/B, 100, 110, 110A/B, 120, 150, 160, 700, and 800. It replaces the original pack-film back while keeping the camera's original lens, shutter, and rangefinder working, and the converted camera weighs about 1.4 kg. It also works with a wide range of film holders: 120 roll-film holders (Horseman, Sinar, Cambo, Toyo, Graflex, Linhof, Calumet); 4x5 sheet-film holders including the Graflex Grafmatic 1268; and Polaroid / Fujifilm Instax pack-film holders (PA45, 550; 4x5 sheet 545i, 545, 545Pro; 3¼×4¼ pack pa145, 405). The Monorail Trimmer cuts a clean, consistent leader on any standard 35mm (135) film — black-and-white, colour negative, slide, and re-spooled motion-picture stock all work. It pairs with any standard reloadable 35mm cassette and with Rezivot's own 400ft and 1000ft bulk loaders. For vintage Barnack L39 Leica bodies, trim the leader repeatedly to reach the exact length those cameras need.
